Title: Welcome Back (Part II) ✨π
---
Leviticus 14:21 (NKJV)
> “And if he be poor, and cannot get so much, then he shall take one male lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make atonement for him, and two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to get; and the priest shall make atonement for him before the Lord for his uncleanness, and it shall be forgiven him.”
Explanation & Application:
“Cannot get so much” refers to the full offering in 14:10–11:
Two male lambs ππ
One ewe lamb π
Fine flour + oil πΎπ«
Poor person provision:
One male lamb π — trespass offering
Two turtledoves or two pigeons π️ — sin/burnt offering
Prophetic meaning: God provides restoration regardless of wealth. Salvation and cleansing are available to all. ✝️
Priest performs the atonement — the individual’s inability to afford the full offering does not prevent forgiveness. ✅
---
Leviticus 14:22–23 (NKJV)
> “And he shall bring them to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of meeting, before the Lord; and the priest shall make atonement for him, as in the former case; and it shall be forgiven him.”
Verse by verse: Even the poor person’s offering is brought to the priest.
Symbolism: Restoration comes through the priest — foreshadowing Jesus, our High Priest, who makes atonement for all (Hebrews 4:14–16).
---
Leviticus 14:24 (NKJV)
> “And if he be poor, and cannot get so much, then he shall take one male lamb for a trespass offering to be waved… and two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to get; and the priest shall make atonement for him before the Lord for his uncleanness, and it shall be forgiven him.”
Reiteration: God emphasizes provision for the poor and humble.
Prophetic application: Obedience to God’s instructions activates cleansing — just as Naaman dipped seven times, and the ten lepers obeyed Jesus’ command (2 Kings 5:10; Luke 17:14).
---
Leviticus 14:25–28 (NKJV)
> “And the priest shall make atonement for him that is to be cleansed, and afterward he shall kill the sin offering. And he shall offer the burnt offering and the grain offering on the altar. So the priest shall make atonement for him, and he shall be clean.”
Verse by verse: The priest completes the ritual with sin, burnt, and grain offerings.
Prophetic connection:
Sin offering = removal of guilt and separation from God ✝️
Burnt offering = total surrender of restored life π₯
Grain offering = thanksgiving and acknowledgment of God’s provision πΎ
---
Leviticus 14:29–32 (NKJV)
> “And this shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing, for the one to be cleansed, whether he be rich or poor. And the priest shall make atonement for him that is to be cleansed from his uncleanness, and afterward he shall let him go to his own house.”
Verse by verse: Cleansing is for all, rich or poor, showing God’s grace is universal.
Prophetic meaning:
Returning home = restored fellowship with God and community π
Priestly atonement = Christ’s complete work of forgiveness for everyone, regardless of status ✝️--
Key Application Points (Part II)
1. God Provides for the Poor π — Even if we cannot afford the full offering, God makes a way.
2. Obedience Unlocks Restoration π — Following God’s instructions brings cleansing.
3. Priest as a Foreshadow of Christ ✝️ — He mediates forgiveness and restoration.
4. Full Restoration Includes All π — Rich or poor, all can be welcomed back.
---
Declaration
I am cleansed by the blood of Jesus ✝️
I am restored by God’s provision π
My obedience activates my full cleansing π
I have been welcomed back — rich or poor, I am fully restored in Christ π
