The word "follow" here is actually "radaph" in Hebrew, meaning to pursue or chase. Imagine God’s goodness and mercy not just walking behind you but actively seeking you out every moment of your life!
God’s love is relentless. His goodness (blessings and provision) and mercy (steadfast love) are always pursuing you, regardless of your circumstances. Even in your darkest times, His love is right there, chasing away your fears and filling you with His peace.
